Most days, you'll find me working as an assistant principal responsible for instructional practice and curriculum at High School in the Community (HSC), a small magnet school in New Haven, CT, focused on leadership and social justice. I'm also, however, a Master Practitioner for Narrative 4, an organization dedicated to putting empathy into action. As an MP, I run trainings, facilitate exchanges, participate in exchanges, and work to further N4's mission and vision.
