I have been teaching high school science since 1999, and at P.K. Yonge since 2003. My current teaching position is Honors Biology. I enjoy gardening, hiking, and reading. I am always excited as the new year begins and we launch our journey into the amazing world of living organisms.

I believe that every student can succeed in every subject and science is no exception. By categorizing some students as humanities/creative learners and other students as math/science learners closes off opportunities to our students that should never be limited. As such, all students at P.K. Yonge enroll in Biology Honors, a course that is continually refined to ensure that all students can be successful.
