Hilary Sedovic is a social work professional specialized in planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs that promote equitable community outcomes through systems change. She earned a graduate degree focused on management and social entrepreneurship from the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. A systems thinker and self-proclaimed evaluation geek, Hilary is forever contemplating interconnectedness, process, leverage points, outcomes, access, empowerment, and equity, and is a founding member of the Evaluation Association of St. Louis. In 2018, she delivered a presentation at the annual Rise Float Gathering that prompted discussion around social impact and meaningful evaluation in a for-profit industry.

Hilary's background includes work in refugee and immigration services, civic leadership, acute behavioral health, early childhood development, infant mortality reduction, and elementary STEAM education along with the provision of consulting services for non-profit organizations. She also supports her local community as a lead facilitator of the Witnessing Whiteness program through YWCA Metro St. Louis, guiding racially-caucused white groups of community participants through facilitated discussion and activities to support positive racial identity development that will spur action toward dismantling racism and promoting racial equity.
